Our personalized classes will be taught at the Timbalé Floresta headquarters facilities.
If you need classes at home, these will have an additional charge according to the distance.
The class DOES NOT INCLUDE choreographic assembly. If you are imagining the choreography of your dreams for a special moment, it has additional value. We are open to listen to your personal requests. Write to us

About your class
Coordinate with your advisor the schedule or times available for your class. Also if you have English/Spanish language preferences or specific requests.
For personalized classes at home, the student will be in charge of round-trip transportation calculated fairly according to the location in Medellín and metropolitan area.
You can choose from the genres available in our programming or consult other non-standard genres, we have a staff of teachers with experience in various genres that are not usually in our programming.
It is very important to confirm attendance at the personalized class.
The personalized class must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. The reservation will be confirmed by Timbalé via email or WhatsApp message.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Clients have the right to cancel their services at any time before the start date, taking into account that once the service provision has begun, the plans will not have a refund or refund.
Cancellations made with a minimum of 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, there will be no refund, since non-attendance generates opportunity and transportation costs for the teacher. But a rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.

When applicable, refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving a valid cancellation notice. The effective refund of the money will depend on the times stipulated by each of the payment platforms or banks used.

For payments in foreign currency, the administrative fee is 10% of the value of your purchase.
